Italian DP Winery
Abruzzo region, Italy; Grade: DOC semi dry, with an alcohol content of 13.5 degrees.
Montepulciano is a great protagonist in narrating the history of this land that has always been suitable for grape cultivation. The rich aroma, perfect flavor balance, fullness, and elegance make up our DOC products. It formed on Terre dei Vestini, a land praised by Carthaginian leader Annibale.
It needs to go through 30 months of refining, initially through fermentation and time immersion, first transferred to stainless steel barrels, then entered exquisite oak barrels, and finally retained in the bottle. Its color seems to be as glossy as being infected with ruby. Its aroma is rich, as strong and gentle as the land that nurtures it. It contains rich floral aromas, as well as strong flavors of plums and black cherries, making it particularly suitable for pairing with the first dish in Mediterranean cuisine, mainly consisting of beans and red meat. Before tasting this wine, it is more appropriate to first experience the aroma of the wine.
