Li Aike Montepulciano D O. C. Red Wine (Italian DP Winery)
Abruzzo region, Italy, grade DOC, semi dry, with an alcohol content of 13 degrees.
Montepulciano Abruzzo is a legally recognized wine that is allowed to be produced in all four provinces of Abruzzo (Kieti, L'Aquila, Pescara, and Tramo). This statutory production area was established in 1968. The Montepulciano grape has existed in Abruzzo since ancient times, but it wasn't until the 17th century that it began to be called its current name. For centuries, Carthaginian leader Hannibal's admiration for Rome will continue to exist. The wine produced in the Abruzzo region will rejuvenate people and horses. Rieccolo Montepulciano, after about 15 days of soaking and about 4 months of refining in steel cans, is a fresh, youthful, slightly tannic wine with an interesting body in the mouth.
Color: Deep ruby red with a hint of violet, appearing garnet colored with age.
Aroma: The aroma of red fruits and spices is strong and elegant.
Taste: Full, dry, harmonious, with just right tannins.
MontepulcianodAbruzzo is an ideal pairing for pasta, red meat, grilled meat, and can also be paired with cheese of different ages. This is a classic, round, aromatic red wine with a very high polyphenol content. Let's taste it together!
